Adults take 2 capsules per day as a dietary supplement.

I keep a tube on hand at all times for emergencies. So helpful to lessen inflamation and bruising from sprains and contusions. Once I sprained my ankle and applied the ointment to the area that hurt the next day I realized that I missed an area because it looked so much worse than the major spot. Have also given to a neighbor that had suffered a sprain a week earlier, she was completely amazed at the impressive results!
This product has helped me tend to inflammation when I cannot take NASAIDS / Advil to tend to many issues. I take it daily, and then will increase my dose when I need extra support. This supplement has been very helpful.
