Works great!

This blend really works for me when I have cramps, and soothes the anxiety and sensitive digestion that's caused by hormonal changes during this time. It feels like a warm hug for my belly, very soothing and comforting.

It works!

I was recommended to take this 2 weeks before my period and through my period as a cycle and hormone support/balancer. It really did help bring down the intensity of my period cramps.
