This product has helped me tend to inflammation when I cannot take NASAIDS / Advil to tend to many issues. I take it daily, and then will increase my dose when I need extra support. This supplement has been very helpful.
I love this product. I cannot taste the collagen at all when I put it in my tea each morning, and it dissolves beautifully. My only issue is that the quantity is less than it used to be.
