A blended tea to support an array of gut feelings. Aromatic and soothing, sip on this tea daily for digestive wellness. Particularly enjoyable after meals or when indigestion arises.
Ingredients
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis), Spearmint (Mentha spicata), Tulsi (Ocimum africanum)
Usage
Add 1-2 tbsp of dried herb per cup of water to the vessel of choice. Pour nearly boiling water over the herbs. Cover vessel with the lid and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Use a mesh strainer to strain infusion and drink. Tip: Increase potency by letting your tea steep for at least 20-30 minutes or prepare your tea before bed to steep overnight! For a stronger therapeutic infusion add more herb per cup of water.
