How To Use

Shake well and take 5-7 full squeezes of the dropper 1x a day. Best enjoyed within ½ hour of bedtime. Can be taken upon nighttime waking to support an easy journey back to sleep.

The Best Rest

I received a sample of Sweet Sleep at a resort and gave it a try. I haven’t missed a night with it and have slept so great since using it. I have always struggled with falling asleep sweet sleep helps me fall right asleep! Love this product!

Works well and sweet indeed.

This worked well to get back to sleep. However, I found it so incredibly sweet that it was a bit hard to take.

Hi Jonathon! So glad to hear this worked to help you get back to sleep! If the taste of a glycerite-only blend is too sweet for you, you might be a good candidate for our 'Sleep Now' tincture which is not a glycerite-only blend, and features more naturally bitter herbs, like Hops.
