Ingredients

Probiotic blend (5 billion CFUs)  in a base of inulin (derived from chicory root) 450 mg

Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.85 billion CFUs

Bifidobacterium bifidum 0.70 billion CFUs

Proprietary blend of: 

Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis  2.45 billion CFUs

Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water) and L-leucine 

Usage

1 to 2 capsules daily with food.
