Shipping Policy
Phone, email, and online orders are almost always processed within 1-2 business days, and if your order is received by 1 PM Pacific Time, we do everything we can to get it processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1 PM PT on Fridays and over the weekend will ship starting Monday in order they are received.
US Priority mail typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the time of shipping, but transit time depends upon factors such as geographical location, weather, postal holidays, and high-volume shipping times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship via US Priority Mail. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If USPS does not deliver to your address, please contact us. We will work to help find you another carrier.
We offer free shipping on orders over $250.
Certain very heavy and fragile items, such as 8 oz and 16 oz syrups, large oil-containing products in glass, and juice concentrates (including Strong Woman Syrup, Mighty Lung Syrup, Well-being Syrup, System Soother Syrup, Castor Oil, Aloe Vera Juice, Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate and Norwegian Cod Liver Oil) might incur additional shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping.
In-store pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our brick and mortar at 95 Montgomery Dr., Ste 90, Santa Rosa, CA, 95404.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. During our high-volume sales, please be aware that processing times may be longer than usual.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10-6 Monday-Friday and 11-5 on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
So sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at answers@farmacopia.net with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the labor-intensive, small-batch nature of our botanical blends, Farmacopia Line Tinctures and Facial Serums are non-refundable. Please reach out to us at answers@farmacopia.net if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
We accept returns of our other apothecary inventory (except temperature-sensitive items; see below) up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You may ship back to us using your carrier of choice; just please make sure the order is packaged carefully to avoid breakage/damage.
In the event that your order arrives to you damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at answers@farmacopia.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can work quickly towards a satisfactory solution.

Temperature Sensitive Items
We ship temperature-sensitive items, such as refrigerated probiotics and glutathione, with an ice pack. Per the manufacturers’ specifications, the ice pack will not be frozen (or perhaps even cold) upon arrival. This is perfectly okay! The ice pack kept your item(s) cool during transit, which is the intention. When ordering temperature-sensitive items in the summertime or hotter climates, please arrange to receive your package when it arrives to avoid packages being left out in the heat or sun.
Kindly be aware that we cannot accept returns of temperature-sensitive items such as glutathione and certain probiotics.
