A travel or camping must

Whenever I travel to a new place or camp it takes my body a few days to settle..which ultimately effects my bowel movements. I use this the first two-three days of arriving to my new destination to make sure I don't get backed up and it really is a life saver in that regard. Also great during the days I am not eating enough fiber too :)
