Nourishing Lung was formulated during the 2017 Santa Rosa fires. It features adaptogens and immune modulators like Reishi mushroom and sustainably-grown American Ginseng (a lesser-known moistening lung tonic, and "non-stimulating" ginseng). These strengthening, calming herbs help support immune function, the adrenal glands, and the nervous system. Baical Skullcap helps reduce reactivity and inflammation, while Mullein leaf gently and specifically supports lung tissue. Take care of your immune systems and lungs!

Other ingredients: Organic cane alcohol, vegetable glycerin, filtered water and less then 0.1% Xantham gum to keep mushroom constituents in solution.

How To Use

3-6 dropperfuls, 2-3 times per day in 1-2 oz of water. SHAKE WELL

Since using the Nourishing Lung tincture, my episodes of nasal drainage coughing has diminished somewhat, which is encouraging.

Fantastic formula

I live in smoke-prone Northern California, and I currently live with a sickness-prone toddler, so this formula comes in handy all year round. I grow medicinal herbs and make medicines, but for the seriousness of wildfire smoke inhalation, I love using this formula. It is the highest quality medicine and most intelligent formula for when you really need assurance that you can get through toxic smoke exposure without too much impact. We can hope! When you feel your respiratory system completely burdened by smoke or respiratory illness, this formula helps get out the gunk and tone up tissue. It’s also great for travel in countries where air quality is poor.
